At Kama Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new piece. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original display box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
